EULA - End User License Agreement

End-User License Agreement ('Agreement')

Please read this End-User License Agreement ('Agreement') before clicking the 'I Agree' button, or using the Cyber Security Robot Privacy and Security Scanner ('Application').

By checking the the 'I Agree' box, or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, exit the application.
License

FHQ, Inc. / ITinvestigator.com (FHQ, Inc) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application for personal or commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Privacy Policy

The Application does not transmit any of your personal data to an outside server. All actions are a local simulation only and require no elevation or internet access. Any errors located are marked with a code and can be shared with ITinvestigator when the scanner completes running. The code does not contain your personal information such as your name or IP address.

The application simulates activities locally that might access audio or video on the machine. These are all local simulations and never transmitted and always only when you run the scan itself. By running this software you agree that we can run these simulations on this machine and you have the authorization to run this simulation from the machine owner if you are not the owner.

When the Application runs, sensitive private data might be displayed on your screen. It is your responsibility to ensure that this data cannot be seen by those around you.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

b) You agree not to run the Application only on computers that you have the legal right to do so.

Modifications to Application

FHQ, Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or FHQ, Inc.

FHQ, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from ITinvestigator.com, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your system.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application..

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement

FHQ, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 20 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FHQ, Inc and or ITinvestigator.com and each of its respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, successors, promoters, affiliates and assigns, or any of them from all claims, suits, legal actions, assessments, deficiencies, and charges brought against the FHQ, Inc and or ITinvestigator.com, and for any costs, fees, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and associated attorney fees arising from or incidental to the aforementioned.
